NCONL REFUND POLICY

Membership application dues are not refundable unless they have been inadvertently received from those ineligible for membership.

When dates and titles are published regarding registration for educational programs being offered by NCONL, a date after which refunds are not accepted is, likewise, communicated.

Refunds, when applicable, are paid by check.
