Information Collected When You Visit the NCONL Website
In order for NCONL to periodically monitor user traffic or web site "visits", certain non-personal information about your visit , such as the internet domain name from which you access the website, the date and time of your "visit", the pages you "visit", may be collected automatically. This information is not collected for commercial marketing purposes, and NCONL will not sell or otherwise disclose the information collected from the NCONL Website for commercial marketing purposes.
Information Collected When You E-mail the NCONL Website or Initiate an On-line Transaction
E-mails are restricted to paid members of NCONL via a membership listserv, and member e-mail addresses are protected within that listserv.
During your visit to the NCONL Website, you may request to apply for or renew membership and submit required dues payment or to register and submit required fees for educational programs offered. The information, including personal information, volunteered by you in initiating such transactions is used by NCONL and the banking agencies associated with the requested transactions to the extent required to effect the transaction. The information is not collected for commercial marketing purposes, and NCONL will not sell or otherwise disclose the information collected from these transactions for commercial marketing purposes.
NCONL does not knowingly collect personal information from children or create profiles of children through its website. Users are cautioned, however, that the collection of personal information submitted through an on-line transaction will be treated as though it was submitted by an adult.
