Mentee Requirements:
- RN
in a leadership position or aspiring to assume a leadership
role
- Must
agree to establish a three month minimum commitment
with mentor
- Upon
completion of this program, the mentor and mentee
will be asked to complete a mentoring outcome report
and returm it to the NCONL Board.
