availability.

approach to decrease medication errors and promote hand
hygiene.
- Mandatory
reporting on selected outcome measures to CMS and other
regulatory/accreditation agencies.

development and enhancement of leadership skills for all
nursing leaders in NC.

executive involvement at governing body level of institution.
